Sorry I have been MIA the last two months. I need to get back into the rhythm of posting like Stephanie.
Since my bachlor party was over two months ago and I am just now sharing about it, this is officially a memory rewind post. Sorry for the delay.
So one week before the wedding several of my guy friends in Brooklyn wanted to throw a bachelor party for me. I didn't want the traditional bachelor party (at least what the movies portray) and when asked I said I wanted to do something fun and active.

The plan was that we would go from Brooklyn to Staten Island to have some fun. In Staten Island we went to a mini-golf, batting cages, and go-cart track. There were 11 of us who we able to go and celebrate.
For our group the trip felt a little like going back to high school or middle school. We all had so much fun playing mini-golf. We kept it competitive although they didn't let the groom win! After mini-golf, we went on to do the batting cages. It had been almost a year since I last went to the batting cages. It was fun because they had slow, medium, and fast pitch so if you wanted to feel like a slugger you could go to slow pitch and cream the ball. Then we headed to the race track. All 11 of us got a car and raced around the track. Overall it was great time and we all enjoyed it.
After the excursion to Staten Island we came back home to Bay Ridge and went out for dinner. We went to a bar/hot dog place called the Lock Yard. We had a great time getting some food and drinks and everyone got to share with me some advice about marriage. Some of the advice was good and some of the advice made for great laughs!

ReplyDeleteSuperb bachelor party! It was great watching your photos. For my brother I would be hosting a surprise bachelor bash soon and have recently been looking for some affordable Los Angeles venues. I am sure that I will find a nice spot within my budget and he will like my surprise.
