Quick Craft

I am hoping to make much for time for creative things this fall and crafting is one priority.  I got a sewing machine for my birthday way back in August and it is still in the box in the closet because I haven't had time to take it out and set it up.  I also got a bunch of yarn from Terri Mom and my sister to make all kinds of pom pom crafts and decorations.  And then there is the embroidery project I've been working on since July.  I was able to do some embroidery on the planes last week but I can't seem to get the darn thing done.

This weekend I spared 10 minutes to put together a small memento from our homey-moon in Cape May.  We collected sand and shells and I wanted to put them in a jar to place on the book shelf.
