To round-out the end of Kip's fall break, we took the kids to the circus on Saturday!
Dan and I have gone to the circus several times during our relationship (pre-kids)
But we've never had the opportunity to take Kip or Ivy.
Circus Vazquez is a traveling circus that sets-up in the parking lot of an area mall every year. We've seen the tent but never attended. None of us adults had very high expectations going into it, but we were all thoroughly entertained and very impressed!
There were no animal acts (those circus days are long gone) but we loved the acrobats and juggling and all the international representation in every act. Kip thought the clowns/slap stick was hilarious and both kids enjoyed the overpriced light-up spin toys, snow cones, and cotton candy they talked us into buying.
And I got scammed into paying $20 for a printed version of this photo:
All in the name of memories! And a new tradition!!
