Not much happening this weekend, just the usual household chores and what not, trying to get ready for the holiday week. It was nippy on Saturday but we took the kids to the playground and they both had a frigid blast, Ivy especially.
I only have two days of work this week and Kip has three half days of school. We have a squirrels in the attic situation to remedy and a bathroom to finish painting. Marmee and Poppa arrive Tuesday afternoon and Dan and I have a quick parent teacher conference check-in with Kip's teacher on Tuesday night. We are planning to put the Christmas lights up outside this week and check-out a holiday train ride/potential visit with Santa.
Hoping this week brings in some festive holiday spirit!!
