Peeks from the Week

Kip turned 22 months on Monday. Only two more months and we're on to classifying him in years! It's going incredibly fast but every day he is more and more a toddler and it's both exciting and terrifying. Just this week he started saying "no." He'd said it a few times before but now it's a regular part of his vocabulary. Yikes.

Scenes from Monday:

Right now I think he is going through a developmental leap. He usually gets really fussy during those times and this week he has peaked in tantrums. On Monday I lost the dinner battle and finally let him eat on our bed while watching a show. This was after a solid ten minutes of screaming because I wouldn't let him have his fourth yogurt of the day. Woof.

On daddy days this week they rolled around the lobby and took a trip to the library.

Mandy got the good weather on Wednesday and Kip finally had a chance to go to the park again.

This weekend we've got loads of chores and plans to get to Coney Island for Father's Day hot dogs. We're crossing our fingers the weather pans out. It's been cold and rainy this week and we need some more of that marvelous summer sun we had last weekend.

Happy Friday!
