Weekending it

Hello!

Happy February!! The sun is out today which it the first time we've seen the sun in over a week! That's worth celebrating. I hope it is sunny wherever you are too.

We are getting the house back in order after a chaotic weekend while the kitchen cabinets were being painted. The house was a wreck and the entire contents of the kitchen were jammed in our bedroom, closet, and bath tub. Fortunately, it was only for a few days.

The kids enjoyed it because we got to eat out or get take out for nearly every meal. Picnics in mom and dad's room!

On Saturday Dan stayed at the house to supervise the work and Mandy and I took the kids to the mall. Somehow we ended up at Build-a-Bear and Cheesecake Factory and Target. Sheesh, these kids have a lush life and a pushover mom and aunt.

Anyways, the kitchen project is complete and all that is left is putting the cabinet hardware back on once the paint is fully cured on Saturday. WE LOVE IT and I cannot wait to share pictures next week. Hang tight, just a little bit longer.
