It's been busy, busy over here in that end-of-the-school-year crunch!
This week was the Fun Run fundraiser at school. Dan and I were at work in the city but Mandy and Ivy went to cheer Kip on from outside the school yard.
That afternoon was Kip's dentist appointment. Excellent brushing report. No cavities and no wiggly teeth yet.
Kip and Ivy have had some really sweet moments lately. Kip read to her in bed the other night and tonight they get to have a sleepover.
Yesterday Kip had his Kindergarten Concert and it was the cutest thing ever! The entire Kindergarten class (which is over 100 kids) all stood in the gym and sang like 6-8 songs with action moves and sign-language. It was outstanding and Kip was front and center!
Afterwards we took the kids for Italian Ice at Rita's and then we did a movie night after dinner since Kip has no school today. We watched the movie Robots (from 2005) and had popcorn way past bedtime.
Coming up next: Father's Day, make-up soccer games, last day of school class party, first day of summer and summer break, Auntie Jess arrives, city-wide yard sale, and our family beach vacation!!!!
