Homemade bread
Make homemade bread has been on my bucket list forever and I just could never muster the courage to try. Well I finally took the plunge and it ended up being so easy and so delicious!! Hot and crusty. Yum.
Family bike rides
We wanted to have a few family bike rides but the weather turned windy and cold quite early this year so we only managed one ride. Kippy's first. Can't wait for spring to try again.
Apple/Pumpkin Picking
We had a great day for apple picking and the pumpkin patch! Kippy loved every moment.
Fall family photos
Mandy took our family photos at Boscobel again this year.
Governors Island
We went to Governors Island for Trick-or-Treating!
Drive to see fall leaves
We saw some fall leaves around our drive up to Boscobel and over in New Jersey and Kip played in plenty of leaves at the parks.
Alamo Movie Date
Dan and I cashed-in on our Alamo movie date and saw First Man
Ragamuffin Parade
And we saw the marching bands and all the kids in costumes at the Ragamuffin parade.
Friends Game Night
The only thing on our bucket list that we didn't get to was a friend game night. I missed the opportunity and the flexibility of our weeknights just aren't what they used to be before Kip. Oh well, we'll try again.
Overall we had a fun-filled fall with lots of adventures and festivities. Onward to Christmas!!
That parade sounds like it would be a blast to watch! And I definitely want to try baking bread now.
